​Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, the fifth expansion of the acclaimed MMORPG, was announced at the Fan Festival in July 2023. Scheduled for release in the summer of 2024, this expansion will bring new adventures to players on PC, Macintosh, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Journey to Tural

Dawntrail takes us to the continent of Tural, where we'll explore areas like the mountainous region of Urqopacha, the forests of Kozama’uka, and the desert plains of Shaaloani. Each zone features unique landscapes and challenges that will enrich the world of Eorzea.


New Jobs and Combat Enhancements

The expansion introduces two new jobs: the Viper and the Pictomancer. There are also updates to the combat system, new actions for existing jobs, and a level cap increase to three digits, adding more depth and excitement to the game.


Additional Content

Dawntrail includes new dungeons, challenges, content for crafters and gatherers, and a graphical update that will enhance Eorzea's appearance. These changes will make the world of Final Fantasy XIV even more impressive.

Epic Storyline

The plot centers on the succession rite that will determine the ruler of the nation of Tuliyollal. Throughout the journey, you will meet new allies and enemies, enriching the game's narrative and lore.
